·      The former RAF Yatesbury site is recognized as being of both national and international significance.  The site is steeped in aviation history and played a major role during both World Wars as well as becoming the Radar and Radio School until its closure in 1965.   There are three Grade II* hangars and a collection of other buildings such as the Officers Mess, flying school, air cadets and NCO accommodation and various other smaller units.     

·      One hangar will be converted to provide covered parking and storage space. Existing buildings are to be renovated and converted in to 1 and 2 bedroom quality apartments.   In a secluded part within the site 12 new 4 bedroom executive homes will be built.

·      We aim to create a unique community living on site by providing quality infrastructure such as high internet band width, networking, VoIP, IPTV, WiFi, security monitoring, leisure etc.
